LQR controller for a self-balancing bike

Problem statement of E-Yantra Robotics Competititon 2021-2022, theme DairyBike
Stabilize a two wheeled bike using a flywheel mechanism using an LQR controller.
Use the bike to deliver dairy products using a robotic arm in the given arena in shortest time.
Point system for each delivery and penalties, team scoring highest points wins.
